I don't know how the admin panel looks, but for my adult site I would love to have erotic-community as a main page and under separate domains, like lesbian-community, bis...-community and so on in conjunction with the main database. which means that someone register like on the lesbian site that she will be automatically a member at the erotic-community as well and the other way around with of course the private profile settings acceptance of her lesbian-community profile.
At see more private settings there should be a possibility to set the profile on private like it is at multiply or tagged.
