some suggestion for the floating menu..
- auto-hide menus after 3-4 seconds if the pointer goes outside or the layer loses focus (when the user clicks inside the page)..
- hide menu when you click again on the same icon..
- the links in the footer cannot be clicked because they are behind the menu layer.. perhaps some more empty space below them so they get into the visible area..

a little error (if is an error) on the floating login box
- the browser is not providing password auto complete.. see more it works on the normal login form on the right but not in this floating box..
