Still the problem with display RSS is not eliminated. In news RSS from different suppliers get теги HTML. It spoils a kind of the main page.

RSS feeds must be in UTF-8 encoding. This is mandatory yet.
What about tags, they are converted using html special chars. This behavior will be changed in future version.
