nice work about new Member menu, Privacy settings, Account/Dashboard

about navigation menu I think nice design but if you add icon it will need to expan when the mouse move over it as like the bar ..

I have suggestion for the member menu : I wish add the language icon to it and remove it from the navigation menu I think it will be fave

about Account/Dashboard .. great design but I wish add friend activity below mail box .. I think it's important
