Ok I am not sure why people are having this problem. I personally have use this new platform on 5 phones 3 types of IE the latest FF Chrome Safari (both mac and windows) as well as a few others and I do not have this problem. Nor have I ever had this problem... So Not sure what it is, but it has to be something on your end and probably has nothing to do with the site at all...
