I dont know if you have been on the hostgator support forum recently (in the shared server private forums) there is a topic in there that states from hostgator staff that the dolphin software is not welcomed on their shared servers and you must go to hostgator dedicated servers. So if you are on the shared servers at HG, its probably best to find somewhere else.
