My concern is not directed on negativty it is a matter of when purchasing with a credit card
13 year olds dont own a credit card.

the safety was directed towards the video chat and video 1 on 1 is my main concern for any user under 18
with out a moderator in affect.

hope i have explined myself and hope some of you can feel to why i think the rule 1 should be 18 and over to join BOONEX.
