just move support ones to the answers bit or email them to post in forums ( if they have already posted in forums just delete but send polite email explaining why) , even leaving them up for a 24hour grace period just encourages more...
The 24hrs is so the user knows where they stand, as they may not be able to get to a pc for a while.
Moderators are unable to move blog posts to the forum under the users name, and a pre warning is a better idea as the user can copy/paste the same question asked...especially if its a detailed question.
Having to email the user every time a moderator takes action is time consuming and unnessecery.. one polite breech of rules warning is suffcient.
I think junk encourages junk, especially if this site is getting 5,000 visits a day, if people s support issues posted in blogs they will just do the same. Wouldn't it just be easier to email back the blogger the content of their blog/question asked and the reason why is would be better posted in the forums...
