I think getting negative votes when they do not pertain to the subject, sends the wrong messages to new members that come here. I have seen negative votes on good people that do help and can help newbies with their problems, but when they see negative votes for that person, they may not ask them for help and this would be a shame for the newbie and for dolphin as well.

So you see it really DOES matter see more to some people.
