Reason why Boonex can make unilateral decisions about postings/comments here and not on purchase disputes is simple: the former can be adjudicated quickly using the established rules and given that the posts/comments are in plain view by everyone, from the start to the end.

The latter, on the other hand, are in "he said, she said" world as they are commercial transactions between the parties, conducted predominantly in private. Boonex can "see" the financial exchange being see more completed on its site but what happens after that (did s/he do this or not? who said what, when? etc) are completely off the Boonex radar screen. In that case, how can Boonex be expected to be judge and jury over these disputes?

Having said that, I don't understand why Boonex makes its own sites available to facilitate these third-party commercial transactions, given that it does not make any effort to ensure/monitor that the vendors and the products/services offered are fully legit.

Also, sorry Lightwolf, but I do not necessarily agree that flaming/disrespecting (many, many) people is inherently less evil than "running away with people's money" (which, by the way, remains an allegation unless fully and fairly adjudicated). They both deserve to be dealt with.
