It seems to me that when people see Wolves in areas like this,they were at one time someones illegal pet, and was turned loose because they were not able to domesticate them. And yes Wolves can cover great distances, but usually go where other Wolves are. But i also believe man kind has no clue about what is out there and Wolves are trying to adapt to mankind hunting them and have found ways to hide.
