Installed without a problem, but then realised needed to install modules seperately, then found half of them won't install, also for some reason no one is able to register on join page when the submit button is hit nothing happens.

correct, there are some modules who have some errors into installation code.

Yeah I found the small mysql insert errors and fixed them... All Module are now installed.... Still got some bugs with missing files and Flash Apps that will not register, but after all this is an Alpha release and I am very impressed with what I am seeing..Have noticed that it is loading quite fast in Firefox but very slowly in Internet Explorer

you can actually see at the modules section after you try to install the module you can open a sub page by clicking on the right upper corner. There you see what you need to do.
