Are we allowed to post issues here? On a shared server, I got past the "XsltProcessor is Off" and "Global Registers Off" by having my host correct. Here is what I ended up with: www.tradematch.us/community. Does anyone have any idea why that format is such a mess?

Yeah you are missing a forward slash after your community directory so your header is looking in the wrong place for your css, maybe check inc/header.inc.php
and make sure you have a forward slash after any folder paths.
especially:

$site['url'] = "http://www.tradematch.us/community/";

and:
$dir['root'] = "/home/sites/tradematch.us/community//";

Nah, wasn't it. I had removed that / after it was recommended on the forums, and have since put it back. Any other ideas? I think it is something small like that.

You might have put it back but it aint there, maybe because D7 caches the template files... So you will need to look in your cache folders and remove any cached files for templates.
