If we comapre that to the Newer Pcs that we use today, Windows would still be fast and maybe even faster compared to the abouve stats in 1999.

Remember some us now use Quad Processors, Plus we know that Quad are made for Windows and man does it ever have Power, I own one,
it only costs me under 500$ to make.

If windows is so great as a webserver, and you are such a proponent of it, why are you using Dolphin and not some ASP script???
