Next directories have inappropriate permissions:
cache_public;
plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer;
plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/CSS;
plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/HTML;
plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/Test;
plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/URI;

they do not exists but i can not get pass the permissions on the install. i had other see more files missing as well and added them from the older version but i can not find these. With out them i can not finish the install to even look it over. Can some one give me some info on how they got past this?
