Yes I love this feature on shops.. It's a good idea to save the current cart products as a "wish-list"..
Also I propose a product filter like a left side menu where you pick (from a drop-down list) the manufacturer, the price range, a product color (for example) etc.. (and from the administration to be possible to add these filters).
