One more point for your team to check out
-In line editing for more things (AJAX should do it)
Appears:Media Info (eg. Main Photo Info etc)
-All pop-up pages in lightboxes instead of pop-ups (really helps and should be easy to fix)
Appears:Action Buttons,etc
-Ability to use e-mail as login username
Because: It's not a trend really, it's mostly practical for users to just remember their e-mail.
