I am curious, have you tried hitting him in the pocket? I assume he is getting paid through a PayPal Account.

Simply file a dispute with PayPal Resolution Center. They will freeze his account until the matter is resolved.

I have done this several times in the past and am familiar with the process and would be willing to advise you or help in anyway.
