A suggestion: into the "chat" How can you kick a bad user if everybody's name is "visitor", how can you identify him?

First off, I wouldnt allow visitors to chat. You can make this change by unchecking the box in Modules>Flash Apps>A/V Chat>Settings "Allow site visitors to post messages". If you want to make a moderator. Enter the chatroom and in a different browser window open the Modules>Flash Apps>A/V Chat> Admin. Click your user name and then click Moderator.
