They should use the Google/Paypal method... DEPOSIT money INTO my bank account to verify me, between .01 and .40 and then I have to verify the amount. Or there is the way most sites moderate users, through MODERATION.. but that would require them actually looking at their on blog.

Good thing. but i guess paypal charges for transactions with certain limit. I guess boonex can do it on their own.
