Actually KMD I just read the Indeed.com Terms of Use for the Elements and it has certain things that may be an issue here:

1. You can not place the elements on websites not directly controlled by you. Unless these guys are going and getting their own API Keys, then you may have an issue with this. What's really interesting is that if the customer/site owner does have their own API then why the need to iFrame something? This would be a direct violation of the Terms.

2. Can not put on a see more site that is underconstruction or has non-functioning parts. How many sites has this gone on that it is not supposed to be on? Meaning sites under construction still?

3. contains material that infringes or misappropriates the rights, including copyright, of others; Now if you are selling copyrighted items that belong to others and placing them on customer sites with these elements then it's a violation of the Terms. You have to be really careful here as people are claiming some copyright infringement against you and your marketing items (API's) from others along with the items some are claiming you don't own.

4. (h) redistribute the job search results or any part thereof to any third party, other than the provision of the job search results on Affiliate's website to the end users of that website that generated it; If your iFraming these then your redistributing them to 3rd parties beyond the intended end user (job searcher) as it has to come through your server, take the call from the actual site owners server and shoot the whole thing to the end user. While it doesn't specifically prohibit iFraming with the word iFraming, it does prohibit your gaining access to the site and then shooting that access to sites you don't own.

I'm off to check up on some of the rules of the movies (IMDB) and see what that is. Gawd am I learning a lot tonight.
