I have seen a lot of mixed reviews here about Arvixe. But from my own experience so far with them, I gotta say it's been great! Almost every time I needed assistance, Arvixe was there to help. I've been with them for almost a year and had no problems. I want to send out a special thanks to, in my opinion, the best tech support guy on the Arvixe team...Mr. Noah! I've dealt with other Arvixe support staff but Noah is the only one who has always gone above and beyond to insure my satisfaction. see more He never makes me feel rushed to solve any issues. I'm not much of a tech guy, but I do know customer service and Arvixe has always been there for me 24/7. Yes, chat support can take a little long sometimes to get to you but heck, just imagine all the people they have to deal with. Anyway, just my thoughts.
