I cannot express enough how great and easy it is to get the support I need now that I am with Arvixe.

They have a toll free number which puts you directly in touch with a real person meaning you are no longer at the mercy of a ticket system. Even though I'm in the UK, if you use Skype, toll free numbers are free no matter where you call from so calling them in the USA doesn't cost a thing.

It is of course early days but they have been awesome so far.

I experienced way too much downtime see more with my previous hosting company from things that were completely avoidable. For example, you should not allow automatic updates to occur on your server until you have had the chance to test them. They had automatic updates turned on. This caused my site that has paying members to be down for nearly 15 hours on a Sunday day when the site is used the most.

There were a few exchanges via the ticket system then told to standby.

12 hours later I get a response. You can see my point. I would like to repeat that this repeated downtime was NOT with Arvixe but one of the other recommended hosting companies.

Arvixe's telephone support line is only one good reason to join Arvixe. They are cheaper too and offer RMS for free.

I placed a post in the forum asking for recommendations and all but one were for Arvixe. The choice was obvious.
