easiest way is to make a new member account, (remember the password)
go to your database find the member profiles part, look up the new member account and copy the md5 code for the password. then go to the admin part of the database and replace id=1 password string with the copied new member one, save and go sign in the admin again with the new password, you'll also see the login name there too
