DOCUMENTATION DOCUMENTATION DOCUMENTATION, Can't say that enough. All of us ARE NOT programmers but there are those like myself who are highly skilled on computer hardware and software that would like to try and customize or modifications myself WITHOUT having to hire a programmer or graphic designer.
