Open the 'Admins' table and edit the entry.
Go to:
http://tools.perceptus.ca/text-wiz.php?ops=9
and put a choice of passwords into the field click GO.
That site will give you a weird looking string of text...
If you see the record you are editing in phpMyAdmin -- the password field looks just like it.
Replace the old one - with the oneyou generated from the site above and click ok, or go to save the changes.
