Maybe I was in the wrong for jumping into skepticism here. Maybe it was just my way of thinking "Nah, he really isn't gone..can't be.." I mean, thinking outside the box, there were just so many things that didn't seem to make sense to me such as:

- Friday goes to the doctor, Friday evening to emergency room, and within 48 hours has died.
- Within 24 hours of death, a "close friend" has signed in using his account to announce his death only at Unity. Boonex is the only site see more in the world that know of this passing?
- No information resides on the web or in any public records in the US or Canada reflecting the death of John McGrew. Understanding that a family can request to not publish a obituary in the newspaper, you do not have any authority about public records as it is required for census, archives, etc.
- The poster is refusing to provide or accept any contact, condolences, flowers, service arrangements to/from any of the friends here at Unity. Although privacy is very understandable, if its that private, then why even tell us?
- Strep throat and other related fevers and bacterias are treated using antibiotics (penicillin, amoxicillin, etc) and not Morphine with steroids. I know it not "impossible" to die from related diseases associated with strep throat, it just normally very rare.
- Seeing other people I have lost being medicated with Morphine, I find it hard to believe that they would have the ability to use a Blackberry device to provide login information to close friends and family.

Don't patronize me for now wanting to believe that this has really happened. Maybe for my own well being, this is my way of dealing with it. If I convince myself he isn't gone.. maybe he will not be in my mind at least. So if you have anything harsh to say, just keep it to yourself. If everyone else can pick & choose how to feel and what to say, then I should be able to the same.
