So how does this fit in with the public perception that I keep on banging on about?

Well, if you've just paid upwards of $1000 to get your site up and running with a licensed copy of Dolphin and the so called prime package, only to find that the thing is so bug ridden it cannot be used in a commercial environment without spending further time and money, and then go on to read how 'your' money is now going to be invested - not in fixing up the product that you have just bought, but some other crack-pot see more idea. I think that there is every chance you would be royally pissed off.

Sorry - guys - this goes down as another EPIC FAIL from me. In fact if it wasn't May, I would almost think that sooperstars and webhome were an Aprils fools joke.

$200,000, is the annual salary for a half decent developer - I suggest you hire one and use them to fix Dolphin.
