I just installed Dolphin and am very excited to get to use the video chat with some groups. I cannot find it anywhere on my site admin. I checked under flash apps and see that the AV chat is enabled, where do the users get to access video chat?

I can upload and play video and I can set up new chat rooms. Just no video chat which is the number one feature I want.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
