I dont show you account as being a premium account (its Advanced). It may be true that Boonex does not have a "full time" customer support group, but most problems encountered, you can find resolutions in the Forum. They did try the "Agent" thing but imagine being the agent to over a 1000 members. Yeah, Im sure your email to this will not be promptly answered.

D7 does have some issues (as expected with any new product), but most members here run it with very little or no problems see more at all.

As for the iPhone SDK 4.0, thats brand new. If you are hoping that gets updated immediately, you can toss that thought out the window. Im betting they are more concentrated on the web versions than the mobile version. Hence, I havent heard a word about Android app yet.

Its your choice not to recommend the product, but for as long as I have been a member here (Oct 2007), I have found that the members are the ones that provide the most support. According to your profile, you have very little posts here in the Forums. Why dont you post your issues there and see what happens.
