So you are going to remove the opinions area in individual accounts then too? What about opinions in the marketplace? Opinions shared via PM that the subject finds out about? There is a lot of grey area within this policy.

Yes, you can say that, as well as anything that helps to find ways to improve and is generally toned as a sane discussion and not just rant. SO, you're cool :)
You're right about "opinions" - they do, in a sense, clash with the idea of not posting about other members, but they are a dedicated place for that, so there we can use certain rules - like in Market, where one can post only if they bought a products, etc. In Profile's "opinions" we will be looking see more
