Hey Andrew, Moderators have been waiting for something like this for quite a while, so glad to hear the updates are coming..

Here is a suggestion when it comes to Moderating:

Give us the ability to hide posts/comments in all areas on a individual level. Currently all we can do is hide the "whole" post. An example would be that someone posts a forum topic, blog, etc.. and a another member decides to go on a flaming slander war. If our only option is to hide the "whole" post, see more the original poster will either never get their answer or have to repost the whole topic again. I know Administrators can hide/edit/remove on a per post level, but sometimes they may not catch it or act quick enough. Maybe something like that can implemented for Moderators too :)

Suggestion on Terms and Agreement:

Make everything perfectly clear. I know that no matter what you do someone will say "it didnt exactly say that". Example: when it come to using blogs as your own "personal" place to post whatever you may be thinking, who you are mad at, how your day went at the office, etc..Are blogs meant to be for your own "personal" use or does the Boonex rules apply to them as well??

Allowing links in someone's signature will cause a problem. Here's how: Some can reply to a topic, blog, etc. and refer them to go to their link in their signature (same as advertising). A person can actually edit that link to say whatever they want, or direct them to a possible viral infected site at any time. So you might want to re-think about adding site links in your signatures. I could be a ticking time bomb. I can see it now, "Hey, I clicked your link like you said, and now I have a virus on my computer!".

Thanks for the updates,
Zarcon

Thank you Zarcon, some good advice.

With signatures - we plan a 100 symbol limit, text only, so links won't be converted. Thus, if somebody is interested they may copy-paste them, and if not - they won't scream at you.
