I agree, I think signatures need a set of rules / guidelines too, it's one thing to have a link to your site in there, but a much different thing to to have a whole list of mods. I think a limit to 2 lines or so would be a good idea.

Also, totally agree with HL on allowing images in there, it really messes up the continuity of threads, makes them very hard to read, it's not too bad if a standard banner size is used, but get's really annoying when people use massive / non-standard sized images. see more If you're going to allow it - make sure everyone uses a standard size.

It is, however a good source of revenue to charge people to be able to add banners to sigs - The more they post - the more impressions they get - therefore encouraging more active participation.

RE: posting URL's to get help - Simply submit your site to the websites section and then people can get access via your profile.
