Blimey, i never understand why it all has to be so complicated on here. The moderators know the rules, so its up to them to keep order.

I will say though that i think its a little harsh to have a no warning rule. what's wrong with just pointing the member in the right direction first with a gentle warning, that will keep the harmony, and the board flowing better than sticking the boot in from the word go, then if they do it again, then come in heavy.

this way you wont have people too scared see more to post for fear of breaking some rule they dont know about. :-)

Well, if Moderators are so inclined, they may warn, but i think that a short-term ban, with a polite note should work just as fine.
