Because it doesn't help anyone in any way. If, say, somebody is not happy - they can email us, why cry in public? If, however someone is so pissed off that they want to harm BoonEx, then sorry, find another place for that. We try hard, but we are not perfect, and our business depends, in part, on how newcomers feel about the software and the community from the very beginning. Everything we earn, we get, but public posts is not a complaint book.
