My experience with them is to say I had initiated the domain transfer but it took a month when it should have taken 5 days.

If I never asked, I was never going to hear anything from them about any issues/problems pending. However they were always quick to answer an e-mail which I appreciated because it made me feel that there was someone there. I think they have a potential to be great but just need to communicate more with customers so we can be proactive. I plan to stay with them. I love the see more Boonex softwear. compared to OsDate, its the difference between Day and Night!
I noticed even before my domain had been transfered I was already being charged hosting fees. When I made a comment about this, they were quick to offer a refund. I was very close to thinking I had to go with someone else but I wanted it up and when I complained to Boonex, they let them know I am not too happy. Max with hostforweb contacted me and he made me satisfied after that.
