This looks more like hiring someone to do what you should be doing and just using the idea of a promotion as an attempt to hide this fact. Just an observation, of course.

Well, we do this thing too, as you may see - we're adding new tutorials, but we want to have more of them and we want to cover broader scope of subjects, including those we're not familiar with (like localization techniques).
