One issue that does plague the desktop app is that you can only install it once, meaning if you visit more than one Dolphin site, you can't use any of their desktop apps until you uninstall the current one. Will this continue with the return to OS-specific apps, or will it be resolved?

I'd also like to recommend you implement Adobe's stage see more video to the video components of the Flash apps. It'll be a while before HTML5 overtakes Flash in usage, and the performance gain would be well worth it.
