thats correct but if they made that centralised members grid tool, it should have all functions to manage members, it will be bad if I can perform certain members operation from one place, other from different place.SO it will be good if I can quickly delete member or assign mod status from frontend , but all those operatiuons that can be performed in frontend should be also available in grid for backend admins so they dont have to do something in frontend ansd something in backend..
