First some corrections or retractions on my previous comments:

I mentioned something about performance lag when you clicked home on the home page links. That was my bad, I forgot to propagate DNS for that new domain so no problem with my internal testing now. However anyone looking from the outside it may take some more time for DNS to propagate everywhere.
I also mentioned that if you registered with a male female see more profile and then change the sex of one of them so you have male & male or female and female that the profile quite working. What is really happening here is the profile is flagged for moderation to approve it. I think this is actually a good thing. Now that I see how this works I appreciate it more because it helps the site be more versatile and less judgmental to say male couples or female couples. That is cool!!

I like those terms of use agreements have now been placed for all uploads including galleries.
Things I found that need to be corrected:
Photos:
If you navigate to a photo gallery and then right click on a gallery photo you can save that photo as a background unlike the security preventions that just saves a spacer on profile photos.
After the first upload of any photo, video, or music the agreement is no longer available. It may make sense to have a short summary box maybe to the right where the site owner can also modify to their needs and there would also be a link back to the original full upload agreement.
Once again this is real important for anything adult related as different site owners may allow or disallow different kinks of photos. (PEOPLE TEND TO FORGET WHAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO) This way if something gets turned down through moderation you can just point the member back to agreement areas. Hopefully lowering moderation support.
I would like to see the photo comments editable by the member. If they make a mistake they will have to upload the photo all over again just to change a comment. You can already do this for gallery photos.
I am not sure why in the admin advanced setting there is two places for max number of profile pictures. One is set to 20 and the other to 5 by default.
I am not sure if this is right or not. But on the front page where the block PROFILE PHOTOS is there is a combination of profile photos and gallery photos.
I also think that in areas where you upload photos and even audio or video you should have some text or one of those little help buttons that tells what kind of format you can upload for example You must choose a file with .jpeg, .gif, .png extensions and maybe even query what the admin has set for size of uploads.
The better you inform you members of just about anything they would think of or have a problem with the less questions and support you will have as a site owner.
Groups:
All the help popup have some kind of Boonex stuff in them.
Events:
I would suggest having the option of having Zip Codes so members can see the events closest to them. As a site grows with lots of events this could get ugly if not.
I would also suggest that when creating an event that you have the ability to have options like groups have for Open Join or Approved Join.
I think you should also have the same as groups where you have the option of allowing people that have already joined to invite friends as well as being able to invite all members that are from groups you own to the event. This makes for a great way to get the word out.

Admin Area:
In the admin area there is a checkbox to enable Zip code search but I do not see this ability on the front end?

Frontend:
The security image on join page should have a way to refresh the image just in case someone can’t read it. I had a hard time on a few of them. If someone has to refresh their browser they are going to lose everything they filled out and probably get mad and leave. I am a sticker on making sure there are no obstacles to close the deal:-)
When you click on browse members the sex check boxes only include Male and Female, Is there a Couple one two and it’s just not activated?

Usability:
It’s great now that you can block a member now with a single click of a button. However now that you have couples profiles it may make sense to allow a member to block all of one type of profile. For example block all Single Males, or Single Females, or Couples. I know on some sites single males can be very annoying to couples.
I think link in the top right corner that says My Profile also needs to also be in the sub menu for My Account because it’s almost impossible to drag your mouse across any of the other menu items below it to actually get to the My Profile menu items. Then what happens you get confused if you’re looking at My Account or My Profile. This is very confusing for the difference in uploading Profile and Gallery Photos.

SEO Observations:
Tags are not completely SEO friendly, For example if I hubber my mouse of the word GIRL I can see the URL looks like this http://www.portalpop4.com/search.php?Tags=girl it should be something like http://www.portalpop4.com/search/tags/girl

PROFILE PHOTOS on home page are not SEO unlike the MEMBERS block and as a result may cause duplicate pages in search engines resulting in some penalties if left the way they are.
Example: These two URLS go to the same place and both are not SEO friendly.

Ideally you want them both to go to the same SEO friendly URL. If not possible you at minim want some the URLS to be SEO so they get picked up.

All lower level directory links in classifieds section have all their titles starting out with the word FILTER this does not give any of these pages beginning uniqueness. Bots hate that..!

All second level categories Page Title start out with the word Search Groups-
The page title for each category should be something like It should be something in this order like Activities Groups so that at that second level down in the directory each title and page look more unique for bots.
I also got an error when I clicked on my group details http://www.portalpop4.com/groups/entry/Test-Group-Name
I did not have this error at first but now I do. I just checked and its gone again. There may be something intermitting here. You may want someone to test it hard.
Group photos that are uploaded are not SEO I would also suggest having the option to moderate these also. (PEOPLE WILL FIND WAYS TO DO THINGS THEY SHOULD NOT IF IT IS POSSIBLE)
Events area
Same kind of SEO problems as groups with Page titles.
