Looks very great the new design when will it be ready and the new version has performance increament because the server i'm using is suffering a lot for heavy load querys.

Dolphin 8 has no set release date. It's too early to tell right now, but it is coming along nicely.

Yeah, it's going to take a while. Massive re-write of code, plus the continued development of Dolphin 7 (some good stuff is coming in the next release).
