1. You created with post with incorrect title - you should write in this case 'Dolphin installation doesn't work', not BoonEx :-)
2. Provide us URL on phpinfo of your site, seems this string in Dolphin .htaccess file - php_flag register_globals Off isn't valid for your server with his current settings.
