Yes, any lang-makers must rebuild packages of lang packs, just because we change a little structure of localization languages.

Structure has been completely changed. I can't use my dutch language file anymore. I have to start translating all over again. This will take days :-(

No :) look here, this is common way (first some strings of any lang addon), just change it to like this:

INSERT INTO `LocalizationLanguages` (`Name`, `Flag`, `Title`) VALUES ('ru', 'ru', 'Русский');
SET @lang_id = LAST_INSERT_ID();

(here just way to russian lang that I prepared)

so just change this, `LocalizationStrings` table not changed, don`t worry
