I got this white or blank page after installation, I found below errors in my error log cpanel:

[client XXXX] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11520 bytes) in /chroot/home/XXXX/XXXX/html/inc/classes/BxDolGroups.php on line 1602

[client XXXXXXX] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 184320 bytes) in /chroot/home/XXX/XXXXXXXX/html/inc/classes/BxDolGroups.php on line 1965

You should increase memory_size_limit of your php.

Could you please help me how to inrecrease the memory_size_limit in php. Appreciate ifyou could provide specific steps.

Im using Linux server.

Issue solved. For those of you who use shared hosting the quick solution would be to add a line in .htaccess file located at your root folder.

php_value memory_limit 24M
