If I create a Custom Block that is on the Profile View, is there a way to put an HTML Item in there?

In the previous versions I would just add the HTML code to the Language file, but this is no longer possible,

Is there a way to create a custom Item that can contain HTML etc?

Oh.. and is there a way to add a different RSS feed into the Profile Page... for example if I have a Jobs RSS Feed and want to add it in, which is the best way to do this?
