Here is the code to put in your .htacces file for servers that do not accept php.ini files:

php_flag register_globals Off
php_value upload_max_filesize 8M
php_value post_max_size 8M
php_value output_buffering On
php_value max_execution_time 600000000
php_value max_input_time 700000000
php_value session.gc_maxlifetime 14400000

I had .htaccess file issues on install. My webhost renamed it to old.htaccess and the site works. With that being said, I'm not sure where I could add this code to resolve my problem. I dont have a regular .htaccess file in my dolphin root directory
