The problem remains, but for all those who are stuck in limbo and not getting any feed back from boonex this is what I have learned.

It appears to be a problem on the BOONEX.com side because of their license registration generator.

If you go into the appropriate file and rename the licence type deleting the "free" part out of it, the video player begins to work. Of course I am not sharing this recommending you do so, after all a few hours later it will stop working again.

But see more this did tell me that thei license generator is not coordinating correctly and that ONLY BOONEX can fix this problem. It can not be fixed permently until they get all the ball and fix this. On the expertzzz site there are tons of people reporting this problem who have paid HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS asking for help and getting nothing back.

It is a shame because I love this software and am prepared to pay for an unlimited license once the bugs are worked out. and some kind of reliable support is offered.

The real shame is that dolphin is SO CLOSE to having a working version, and are leaving so many hundreds of people and PAID FOR CUSTOMERS hanging. If a solution is ever provided, please post it here. Thanks!
