Correction --- Works fine when viewing profile with IE but not FF !!! I've cleared cache.

I'm finding other inconsistencies between IE and FF, from a member side. It's ok with admin issues, as I can control which browswer I use. But this is bad for members when the experience isn't the same between browsers.
