sammie
why are you even attempting to host a dolphin site on a home server?

points to remember
you might have the super dee duper fastest 24MBit cable speed, but your upstream is still less than 800Kbps not even 1MBit

a standard 586Kbps broadband connection was enough to run 2-3 pc's at home on the internet at the same time, untill all 3 pc's started to download music or video files and then it was hopeless and slow.

what you are trying to do, and if you have a 24MBit connection, is use the 800Kbps see more upstream to act as a server.
#1 10 people connect at once and you cant use your pc to surf the net, why? because you need upstream to comunicate with the servers/sites you want to look at, if you have given 10 users 9% each of that connection you only have 9% left for your own use.
what does that matter? well your upstream you have available to you, is just under twice the speed of a 56k modem, get the picture?
thats if you have 24MBit connection.
12Mbit = 400Kbps upstream
8MBit = 300Kbps upstream
and so on
