As for TUTORIALS - we'll add this as a category to Extensions and you would be able to submit them.

Overall, there's a little bit of mess with Nominations - we're going to update the system within a few days to get it sorted out - there will be a category for Nominations where only pundits can post.

Otherwise, I am happy to see so many people supporting you. Now, let's get "tutorials" thing sorted, so we could grant see more you all the statuses, step by step, just as per rules. Again, no offense - your help is great, just trying to bring order and test everything. The procedure is still being modified, so it would be cool if you could have some patience and let us do everything step-by-step to ensure smooth operation for future nominees.
